MIUI CAF adalah custom rom yang berbasis MIUI versi terbaru yaitu MIUI 12 ataupun MIUI 12.5 yang tersedia dengan beberapa bahasa. MIUI CAF sekarang tersedia untuk device legend yaitu Redmi Note 4 / 4x Snapdragon alias MIDO. Sama seperti cusrom MIUI yang lain, keunggulan dari Miui-CAF ini tidak ada sama sekali iklan pada aplikasi bawaannya dan menggunakan CAF tag.
